Half way through a clean today and my wonderwand trigger piston developed a MAJOR leak, ( it had been dripping a little for a while ::) )
there was water jetting out all over the place, managed to limp to the finish line on the lounge with towels wrapped around the trigger but
the second room was full of computer gear and the leak was getting stronger by the minute, didn't want to shower the PC so ended up
cleaning the whole double bedroom with my CFR upholstery tool ;D my poor knees !
I've got a repair kit on its way from matt at Cleansmart for the morning, and was wondering if its a straight forward job to fit the repair kit,
any tips !
Cheers

Very straight forward, just remove the nut on the bottom, the spring comes out with it,
push the centre of the valve out from above.
Replace with the new parts in the same order, replace the nut.
Best to keep a spare with you incase. only takes a minute to replace.

Thanks for that, I think even I can manage that.

Dont ya feel a right plank when that happens lol.....
Sorry i know from experience ;D
With me it was the little cir-clip on the trigger.
A bit of a pain but had to strip it right down refit a new handle and then pva taped the thread and re construct the wand .
Gawd dont ya feel great wwhen it doesnt leak on ya after taking apart 20 times ::)
Im gonna try re wiring a plug next :D

Might seem obvious but, take note of exactly in what order it comes apart. So much easier to put back together. One bit out of place; back to square one.

Try not to rewire your plug whilst still plugged in.
