Title: How many houses do you have on your round

just wondering how many houses or jobs that make up your round guys and girls

Nearly 400 houses, but want a lot more/better paying houses......  ;)
A round should constantly evolve & improve.

320 now as ive dumped around 30 bad payers,lost 1 or 2 to the recession etc.quite a few underpriced v.compact stuff .next 5 years.creep up underpriced.price new work higher.leaflet more for extras when WFP.(CONNY ROOFS,FASCIAS,GUTTERS).im banging my round into shape slowly but surely!! ;) ;)

most of my round 4 weekly, some 8 weekly and the odd stand alone account 6 weekly.200 3 bedders,various 4 and 5 bedroom houses,nursery,childrens home,granny flats,converted barns,boating house,a good mixture.no shops or commercial though.

Got about 450 houses now + over a 100 commercial jobs. Only 3 years ago we had about 1200 houses to clean, sold most of them so I could concentrate on the commercial side of the business.

I only do houses now, i had a real bellyful of being treated bad by c****s  n indian takeaways and iv dropped the lot . Any of you guys lookin for work in Ipswich, the takeaways r goin beggin ......

JWC how long is a piece of string?depends how fast u work,whether ur trad/wfp.the nature of ur round(compact/scattered)how big the houses are.i bet there ars sole traders on ere who earn a lot more then me with 200 houses even though ive got 320!! :-[ :-[ :-[because of pricing!thats what really matters!!

Thanks dazmond i was thinking of wfp and quite compact work and average prices. i think 300 is a good amount to have and control with not getting to behind hopefully i can achieve more than that  ;)

i forgot to say that i have 400+,but after xmas i be sorting out a few of the rubbish ive picked up over the last few years. ;)

Dont know how many I do but have more bungalows than houses wind no prob on them only stop when bucket blows over
