Title: pricing faciers/gutters, midlands

iv just started wc and although been pricing up jobs would like to know if im pricing jobs right,i have put minimim price £5 windows even if its only 2 or 3 windows as obviously got drive there aswell,cleaning gutters £20 per side of house,facier clean with a pvc cream £15 per side of house £20 for cable end advice would be greatly appricated,also need to price a job tomorrow that wants gutters and faciers so would i quote the £20 gutter + £15 facier =£35 per side or bit less for doing both,im in stoke-on-trent thanks

Yes I would add up every thing they want and charge that together.and dont spoil them with discount.The will come to expect it all the time stand your ground and act if its a every day thing. Go for it mate.

thanks for advice,i hate saying the price as you just no they are thinking you robbing t**t but dont realise you will be there for a few hours

well priced the job today £70 for gutter/facier clean front and back of a semi they didnt want cable end doing they were happy with that so am i cant see it taking me more than 3 or 4 hours hopefully,on the back they have a flat felted roof half way up the house, will it be ok to use either step ladders or normal ladder  without the ladder going through the roof

i normally charge £5 a meter on facias and gutters each add all prices up and give them a written quote so they know whats involved in the job hope this has helped mate!!!
