Title: Do leaflets work

Just wondered how many jobs i could expect if i put out say1000 flyers.Am i totally way out thimking 10 jobs could be possible?please help ;D ;D

Hi,
I am new to the industry as of about 6 months ago. I go and deliver a few flyers printed on my printer A5 size with alot of info on. Black and white.
I did a job today because I delivered about 100 flyers after I did a quote a few weeks ago.
If you have a few hours to kill, its definatly worth it, and im sure that if you can put out a few thousand a week the jobs will come in.
I had a chat with the guy that delivers my local free papers, and for a few sovs he is going to deliver 1,400 a week for me during his rounds. Outside and not in the paper.
That reminds me, must get printing  :)
