Title: Window cleaning job Trentham - Staffordshire
Post by: Rob_Mac on November 27, 2009, 11:26:11 am
Got a customer who asked me to go to her friends house in Trentham but I don't want it. She has been on the phone to me this morning and I said I would see if I could get someone to cover it.

So it is a monthly clean, ive done it about four times and charged her a tenner, each time. Only took about ten minutes and I always got a cup of tea!!!.

Anyone interested needs to know what they are doing and water fed pole system required. She doesn't like anyone climbing. easy customer and an easy house.

Post on here and I will get back to you.

Yanmar engined Hilta pressure washers - if you type in Diesel pressure washer in the search bar the tenth one down is a Hilta machine -red at 750 I nearly bought it last night!!!

In Truro - your neck of the woods!!! Doesnt get any better than that.

Dave

Sorry I've been away, working and only got back on Wednesday late, i've had some local work to catch up on and I am getting ready to go to jamaica on Monday.

That's a nice bit of kit, you will be able to do drains with it as well. My drain jetter pushes out 30lpm.

I am a tight northerner so I would not want to spend that sort of money on anything. If it is just pressure washing you are concentrating on then i would say that the flow rate is too high and you will be constantly filling up.

15lpm is more than enough for most jobs you will come across. My six machines are 15lpm and I need no more. I have the drain jetter if I did though but have never.

Did the woman from Trentham ring you??

Yes

I did them for about four cleans and then I left them for about 5 months because I just couldn't get back to them. She is the friend of an existing customer and I said I would go over but only if I got work in the area. I didn't get the time to try and build anything round there so it became a nuisance.

She called me last week and I promised her I would sort it because I felt guilty for leaving her in the lurch!!!

At least it is sorted. Have you kept it at a tenner??
