Hi,like title says, what speed are you running your pump controller at? Mine ranges from 1 to 99 and have been running roughly around 30/35 but the last couple of days have up'd it to 50,sometimes 60. Uses more water, but find it rinses those annoying sticky bits that get stuck in the water so much better. Damn things, seems to spend all days chasing 'em down the window >:(
-
dont understand,
my varistream settings are 1 to 9... i run it on 3 all day.
-
Think hes talking about the new one purefreedom do as my mate got one, gaz is yours digital
-
Soz,should have been clearer.
It's the pure freedom one,but have seen several other types of controller the same.

I run my Varistream at 4 all day...

no varistream for us we just turn it right up. ;D
-
I use my controller on 45, Andrew McCann told me to use it on 22-25.
I found this was slowing me down, so cranked it up to 45.

i don;t have a varistream just run my pump at full blast with the tap on the pole

45 minimum.
If Im in a hurry or feel generous and want to just be hasty I have had it up to 99 before now ;D ;D
Defo turn it up for new cleans, generally at least 60 for them.
I seem to remember at 50 its a fraction under 2 litres a minute with 6mm internal diameter hose.

I thought the shurflo pump was 5.6 on full whack.

That sounds a better pump than the one I use. Where did you get it from?
-

yes ;)
-
I run my digital varistream on 1 for 99% of time & 2 for the odd HUGE glass job.
-
I have a Eco-flo that I shall be using soon. I have forgotten what controller this is the same as, as I too have been wondering this question :-\ . :)
-
I run my hydroflow (cleaning warehouse) on about 24 with no probs, but i do use fan jets
-
I run my digital varistream on 4
-
Just remember it will depend on what bore hose you use.
6mm hose will require a higher setting to achieve the same flow rate of 8mm hose.
-
i prefer the flow of 3 on varistream... cant understand some running it on 1.
once put it down to 1.... and i felt like it was taking ages to clean a pane of glass,
3 and sometimes 4 for me.... lots of lovely water sploshing , cleans the windows much faster... and more money ;D

normally 40...........
-
40 here, 60 for new cleans same as Mr Bateman
-
Good to hear, been running it at between 40-50 and love it. Makes rinsing a load easier!
Saying that if i fill the backpack up i will stick it up to 99,only for a couple of mins though.
-
Varistream on 3 regular or 4 occasionally. I prefer a high flow rate as like matt I can keep my speed up. My mate has his on 1 or 2 but thats far too slow for me.

I'm with Lee from Pryors. Flat out on an Ionics system.
