Title: help with nicotine stains!!!

Hi, have looked at a job today 2 bed flat really discusting. Every single wall door light fitting in fact every single thing is covered what is the best product and method for removing this, I can clean carpets but i think these need binning, i am tempted to walk away but i like a chalenge.
any help advice will be gratefully received

Sugar soap warm water on all hard surfaces

Hi

Brillo degreaser diluted in a trigger spray.

Spray on and watch it melt in front of you, scrub in a nd wipe off with kitchen towel.
