Ive done and still do alot of gardening to and ive had this many times and wlking it up the ladder, I once had a grass job and i think he employed me more to clear up the muck than anything else atleast a carrier bag full every time i quit it.But nowadays for me it doesn't seem to be as bad.

I've had to drop accounts because of dog poo.  Disgusting stuff; cat poo too, but you can't always blame that on the customer since cats travel to other people's gardens.

Hence the importance of washing your hands before you eat your sarnies!

What stops the slip n slide from moving when put on grass, surely the pulling of the hose about would move it?

Why not shut the forum down, Wogan?  Then you won't have to suffer the pain of coming here.

First of all my name is not wogan......
Secondly i got banned the other day for saying a rather mundane insignificant joke that had no swearing or was not aimed at anyone,so why should i be banned and not others.
So Feddy that is my view ok....

on the plus side......in a really cold winters day there is nothing better to warm up your freezing hands than freshly laid dog poo when you reel in the hose. 8)

still warm with the steam is coming off it.

aye right, i hate dog poo...yesterday i had to decontaminate myself as it got everywhere...hoses,pole, trousers, boots....yuk.

i always avoid it, but this was when i went down an alley to the back and it was covered in fallen leaves...if ever the army need training for mine sweeping then that back alley is the place to do it. 8)

I beg to differ, when a whole lot of swearing goes on and lewd posts are made i dont see many getting banned, smacks of hypocrysy are rife on here.

Believe what you want, no one gets preferential treatment.

No hypocrysy from me

So how come i was banned from posting the other day when i posted a rather infantile joke that contained no swearing or personal comments to any forum member?
Yet those who persist in swearing and blatant bullying of others are allowed to get away with it?If that is not hypocrysy then i dont know what is.

I see this topic has gone off track  :-\,
but Andy @w.c.s i do have a set of slip n slides and wouldn`t be without them great product but this time was unavoidable the mushy wet dog muck was coverd with wet leaves and was not seen but soon as my hose started to drag the leaves away there it was and too late  :(

Daniel

Since you asked, from what i remember you started about a dozen pointless posts and you were acting the clown all day, irritating the heck out of everyone.

people dont want to trawl through all the jibberish posts to find a good one, that is why you were temporarily banned.

you werent banned for long was you, only until Mike could contact you, this happens to a lot of poster , more than what you think.

Me an hypocrite ? like i said earlier, believe what you want, i am 100% fair , straight as a die, no favouritism for anyone.

Nope, I'm not allowed to be selfish, self-centred, or resentful.  Its in my new terms and conditions for living!  I kid you not.  Its working 'cos I rarely get bad-tempered these days - not even with Wor Lass - but I'm still a wind-up merchant; though not as bad as I used to be.

Progress, not perfection!  ;D

Dave i never called you a liar,i dont think that at all,but i will leave it there.

Tosh you are just dreamer mate.My Mrs is a proper buddist, you know one of those who was born with it as her main religion, and she finds your antics to try and better yourself and preach to others about meditation etc etc as bordering on taking the mickey out of her beliefs, but she is very forgiving to pretenders. ;D

Blimey, Daniel I bet it's interesting listening to you and your missus "pillow talk"

DW "Love, do you want to live in paradise on earth for ever?"

Mrs DW "Not many uncle! I think that's a subject for further meditation"

DW "There's a guy on the forum called Tosh; a right winker who thinks it's funny to be part of Alcoholics anonymous while takng the rip out of squeaky and meditating at the same time ... "

Mrs DW "Is he a cross dressing Jap whose forefathers shintoed their way across Indo-China in the 1940's?"

DW "Yeh! That's the fella!"

Mrs DW "He's harmless; he married a welsh bird who's got the measure of him I reckon"

DW "I bow to your wisdom Mrs DW!"

Mrs DW "Good! Now giz a kiss and a cuppatea and remember your place in the universe, mere mortal!"

DW "Yes dear!"

Hey come on guys ... we're a bit off track ... it was my post that got removed.

I was just saying i couldn't be bothered to go round putting those slip and slides everywhere.

I'd just tell the filthy lazy customer who couldn't be bothered to pick up their dog mess where to go and not go back.

...If only I'd put it like that before...
