Going to start running my Airflex turbo from tanks in the van only goin to get 125 litre upright and same capacity waste. is it essential to have a baffled tank

The tanks are fairly thick from my experience. The baffle is to stop the water from slopping around. You will feel it when cornering and braking.

I am only going to have couple of little tanks and have a trafic but will still prob end up in te hedge

Got a 210 litre richard in my van and is all secured in.

 as joe said slopping around in the van with it being baffled..

Just top it up if am running low and only do 2 or 3 jobs a day..

Otherewise its the l m system on my many commercial jobs..

you can diy baffle a water tank by packing in up right cuts of down pipe. I have a 500 ltr tank and unfortunately dont run out if water in a day!
I would not want an unbaffled tank.
Have had to park half on curb to slope water into outlet when iv forgot to fill it up the night before on couple occassions.

Do you guys use an inline sprayer too?

On a busy day i could get through over half the 500ltr tank (using inline sprayer), but prop dont fill up full 500ltr and there is prob at least 50 ltrs that sit at bottom of tanks not covering outlet.

I have a 1000ltr holding tank in garage and use submersible pump that can fill tank in couple minutes using 1 1/2" pond hose.

I have the Airflex turbo.Just had it less than a week.I have a 400 litre upright baffled water tank that I use for my window cleaning.

My intention was to use the airflex as a van mount.Tryed it today,trouble was the intake hose is not longer enough,although the machine is right next to the tank.

Did manage to run as a van mount as an experiment,   using a couple of  25 litre water containers.Stood the container on a plastic foot stool to give it a bit of extra height and the placed the intake hose into the container.

Need speak to Matt about extending the intake hose.Very pleased with the machine,used it Monday on a hotel clean,30 rooms cleaned.Set up one end of corridor,run of 75ft+ of hose.

Whatever size tank you do get make sure it is baffled.

not baffled but doesn't really cause me any problems.  having said that, the weight of everything means my van is running near to fully loaded so i drive quite carefully.  i do hear the water slopping about when i stop but it doesn't send me into ditches!
