Title: Protect your no claims discount

Hi All,
Made a claim on my van insurance earlier this year and have just had the renewal. I have gone from full bonus to just two years. Swintons the broker said I should of protected the bonus.
They could only tell me that it is in the policy terms and conditions when I asked why if it took a full year to earn a years bonus, they could knock three years off for one claim.
Insurance , pure quality! so protect those ncd's

All ways have, only costs about £15 to protect it
