Hi All,
looking for quotes on van insurance does anyone use A plan or can recommend a good company to insure van and system?
Cheers Jason

i'm with them. you only know how good a company is when you claim i reckon
-
ive just took my insurance out with them, they know what your on about when you discuss your WFP set up and they cover everything, i used to be with them years ago when i had a modded Subaru and i made a claim with them and they were very good and fast paying.
I have 3 fault accidents no points, full 9 yerars NCB and got insured for a tad over £500 on my transit with all the WFP equipment ;D
-
They have come back with a quote of around £450 for employers/public libility I,ve previousley been paying a premiumn of £625 with Allied Insurance so they will be getting my business this year
-
They have quoted £350 for a 7k van and £4k equipment.
I have 9 years ncd.
Cheers jason

A Plan are brokers not a insurance company.
they will however deal with all your insurance on your behalf like obtaining premiums from various underwiters, including chasing up claims etc, they are notorious in the insurance trade for doing this! (used to work for a insurance company - and dealt with these guys all the time).

i got a quote off them for my traffic plus 600 litre system. It was ok on price, and they did understand about wfp systems, which not many insurance brokers do.
In the end i didnt go with them tho, i went with alexander swan, because they do a courtesy van with a thermopure system if yours is stolen or off the road because of an accident.
It was slightly more expensive, but to me that worth paying extra for.

no but i clean their windows in my local town centre ;D

Hi All,
just emailed Alexander Swan for a quote.
Thanks Jason.
