Just have a count up of how many electricians and plumbing vans you see around though, and think how often you need to use an electrican or plumber and how many houses use a window cleaner on average once a month? I think the ratio is still good! :)

IF you are doing your work to a high standard the customer will stick with you drop below the standard they minght look else where , theres allways going to be the newbie so protect what youve got .
its a way of life that theres allways going to be competition i live on a street with 3 other window cleaners and we all have our own work , 1 as a ford car with shiney new ladders who cant compete hes out to make a few quid and cant be faulted .
be good at your job and dont worry , you minght lose 1 or 2 but it aint the end of the world .
