I work in mostly new housing estates in Scotland. We work in 3s. 1 on front tops. 1 on back tops and myself on all bottoms I am thinking of changing to wfp system. Can 3 people use the same system with 3 poles or should we work on separate estates with a system each. Any advice on this would be a great help.

We work exactly the same way. i.e. 3 of us, etc etc.
We're also going over to WFP's a few weeks time and I'd also be interested in any replies to the above.
Cheers

I work a gang of three from time to time with WFP
and I have found that as long as there is clear access to the building ie gates open ect one on the pole and the other two doing the downs by hand, so much quicker than trying to work three hoses from one vehicle
System (if good number of customers in same location)
one goes to check that gates are open and bins ect are not in way
second person starts down windows
Third person starts up windows.
First person start down windows
I have a few area's with about 20 to 30 all together and normally working this system I have the pole in the van and waiting for the other two to catch up.
I always used WFP as another tool not as the fastest way to do all windows

Hi Thewindowcleaner1
Phew. Thanks for the posting.
That's exactly how we planned to work it.
All we have to sort out now is who gets first play with the new toy when we get it.
There's been plenty of arguments over that.
Cheers

The arguments will soon stop when you all get neck ache after the first hour!

When I first started to use WFP I felt like a spring chicken at the end of the first day my legs felt great, the next morning I could hardly move my arms,
Ah well at least I don't walk down stairs in the morning like a wooden top (puppet for the younger member to the forum)

isnt it just as easy to get a sack truck each fitted with a pump etc

in case danny hasnt seen it
my concearns would be, if 3 of you use the same system, and it breaks down (it does happen on the odd occasion, afterall its a machine) then 3 people will be not earning
see where im coming from

You will find that you do more houses if you split up and each do your own

one tank three hose reels three pumps but you will use the water fairly quick.I have a dual system two can use it at once but only use it on very large buildings
