Title: Fan Jets

Is it possible to buy a set of fan jets for brushes without having to purchase the brush as well?

Yes - from Gardiner's or Window Cleaning Warehouse (and others).

You will have to open out the jet holes in the brush, though. because fan jets are much fatter. Look on Gardiner's website - it gives the correct diameter hole needed (it's 12 mm).
