Whats the best all in one carpet and upholstery protector to use guys?? Prochem any good?

Chemspec stainshield Pro, but I think you need to have done a training course to be able to buy it.
until recently it was one of the only protectors that you could sell a warrentee on. Works out @ 60p/m2 to apply

A training course, are you kidding me? is there a special technique to pouring it into the sprayer or something ;)
Any other good ones? Thanks

Got this of a site Many of our carpets come with Stainproofing or ScotchgardTM protection. However, it is still important that you react quickly to any spill - the longer the delay, the higher the probability of a spill becoming a stain! Hate going in and customer saying it’s been protected ;D

Chemspec Enviro-Shield is the one that mike is talking about. To buy this chemical you must be a licensed applicator which means taking a very easy exam. With this chemical you can sell warranty to your customers. If you dont want to take the exam to be a licensed applicator then you can buy Chemspec Concentrated StainShieldCarpet Protector. This is the same chemical but you wont be able to sell warranty with this one.
I took the exam to become a licensed applicator & it was mostly basic questions & knowledge. We also got the chance to meet a guy from the warranty company. The warranty covers just about evrything and appeared very comprehensive. If you become liciensed & sell warranty to your customers then it can be offered on new & used carpets/upholstery however, the warranty is limited on used items. If you feel this would benefit your customers simply call Chemspec to arrange to take the exam. Its probably harder to fail than pass & you will automatically become a member of Wool Safe.
