Title: best flyer ever

this morning I opened up my envelopes as usual.....I provide self stamped addressed envelopes, and I had one this morning, that was different to the ones I provide...I opened it up , and to my amazement , inside was a flyer, I had dropped on sunday, and a cheque for £12 :D :D  :D

I always scribble in a price on my flyers if I know the exact type of property, they must have thought it was a windows cleaned slip...lol...lo ;D

anyhow I will visit them tonight and take back the cheque and explain!! they will be so embarrassed me thinks, but lets hope they want my services , as they will be prompt payers!!! 8) 8)

Na, tell them whilst ya had ya ladders out, you repaired 3 tiles on the roof............that oughtta make ya another £200  ;)

I went back , but they werent in, so I left a note along with their cheque explaining, and asked them to call me if they wanted my services ..... :D :D :D
I hope they call me, itsa nice easy bungalow,  and they pay on time ;D ;D ;D

I put more flyers out this evening :D :P

Should have banked the cheque and cleaned the windows, put them in the book and go from there
