has anyone used this pump,if so are they any good,cheap but how long do they last?

It does say on the write up ideal for window cleaning so it should be ok  ;)

2.6ltr a minute sounds a bit low. I think my shureflow is 6ltr per minute?

flow rate is a bit low. i use 80psi rated at 4.0l/m but buy the time it comes through 50m of microbore its down to 2ltrs/min ish, thats flat out.
