no dude
save the file
then attatch it to an email
you know how??
-
Sounds like you have it set to portrait and not landscape

You will have to have a play around at FILE > PAGE SETUP or similar (I don't have Word). Also, if you get no joy with that, you may need to have a look in the printer properties.
-
Start a new document in Word
Go to 'file' (top menu bar)
Select 'page layout'
click on 'landscape'.
Then either still in 'page layout' or possibly on your menu bar there is an option to select one, two, three or four column layout. Select the two column layout.
Then create your leaflet in the left hand column, make sure you use all the lines. Save what you've done so far. Copy and paste into the right hand column.

Hi Gazza,
Another way:
On the menu bar at the top of the screen in 'Word', look along till you find 'format'.
Click on it. There should be a drop down menu. About half way down is the word 'columns' alongside a square with two sets of horizontal lines arranged in two columns.
Click on 'columns'
It will show you a choice of column layouts, click on the one that shows two columns.

Thats the one Id plum for. If you are trying to print how youve described would you not need to select that the paper size is A5 rather A4?
-
get them printed its cheaper i had 5,000 a5 printed for 28 quid plus postage
-
thanks again...
ian i did what you said , under format,
but , yes it gives me two columns,
