have got to do a house to moz, that has a lot of spots on the upvc, they are slighly raised, what is the best thing to remove these
wil try and up load a pic when i find cable

I've come across this problem a number of times usually its just fence paint and can be taken off with a decent uPVC cleaner and some old fashioned elbow grease.

If the above does not work however you can use a really fine wire wool(this will remove a very fine layer of the uPVC from the area affected) to remove the paint spots. Just remeber to make sure your careful not to ruin the customers uPVC. Once this is done you can then use some uPVC restore cream or liquid and give it a final polish.
