hi, i was just wondering if anyone knows what would be best for cleaning road markings, would a normal pressure washer work or would it need to be chems or hot?

I give these a go with the pressure washer on the supermarkets car parks. Some come clean, others it doesn't touch. I am picking up a hotbox tomorrow from Britclean and will be using it next week. Heat may make a difference but I would have thought that a good scrub, with TFR and then a rinse off will get them as good as they are going to be.
Still want to get over to yours to see this machine. Are you free on Friday?

The Farrow system is like a combination of steam cleaning and soda blasting but using a pumice slurry. It was expensive as you had a francise to pay for - I looked into it years ago when I thought cleaning anti foul from boats would see me through the winter. I opted for the soda blaster in the end as the media can usually be washed away with water or at worst a little citric acid. My soda blaster has been sat in my container for 3 years now !

yeh, the farrow system is able to go a litle harder on stuff like line markings, how much do you want for the soda blasting stuff and what system is it

Its a knightrum k200 which is now a Harman (USA) who do the parts and an update kit so you can use other media. Make me an offer I also have about 20 bags of soda. I also have a new main valve for it which I need to fit still

it would be a silly offer ;D so i'd best not, what would you recommend for cleaning white lines then?
