Just faffing about on the net and I found this about six miles from me. Can't believe what properties are about right on my doorstep   :o

That's got to be a £35 pound job eh Ewan?

I expected something a bit more spectacular than that, given the way you've changed since moving up the property ladder!!!!! :P

This time next year you'll be a "we" in an "office" above a "unit" with a fleet of 40ft SCANIA ionic pro boiler 200,000 Ltr.!!! 8)

There are loads of properties like this within twenty miles from me. I've never thought of canvassing any of them. Just thought they must all be well covered by established companies.

Those blooming monkeys would have the ladders of the roof before you got parked. Stunning house but in serious disrepair as there all skint and strugle to maintain it, real shame.

longleat was / is done by the on-site maintenance team , i know this as i had a lad as a apprentice carpenter, he went on to work for the maintenance team, then he suddenly became the foreman of them  ??? which was amazing if you knew him, he has mentioned it to me a few times ( he was after me to ask him if he wanted me to do it )

Those buggers on Animal Park are a bunch of liars then, I could of sworn they said they had to sell of some of the art work or something to carry out some repairs.
