-
How come you changed your mind ???
-
Seems same spec apart from you now need to lug waste water around with you?
-
should of stayed with the prowler
better service
the power of sales men
-
The machine is fine, Woodbridge will be your problem.
Ask the other guys on here with them where they go for service.
-
Bit late asking views when you have had some advice. I quit like the prowler and with it roll on/off capabilities make it a plus.
Have heard about their customer service how ever needed a part contacted them today, not in stock gave him my nbr to phone back, which he did within 10min due in next week.

Think it’s always back to base to cover guarantee oh never ever took mine back to Prochem once!

That's a good point Len about the void warrantee.

what ever you do I am pleading with you forget the hell that is Woodbridge, I could write a book about this outfit and I am looking at going to court over what I have been through, this is no joke you are more than welcome to contact me on 01723 378922

Fresh
You've gone from a supplier with one of the best reputations in the business to another with one of the worst !

thats spot on Steve
-
:'( :'(
-
Got to agree and with the great service the company that sells the prowler gives is second to none ::)
-
if i'd know then what i know about woodbridge now i would've went with the prowler like a shot,
The woodbridge machines are ok, but have come to realize that good service is probably much more
important.

Never heard of Woodbridge, but now I will remember the name !, and I thought only one
other supplier were bad on service.......

If you are in Somerset you could speak to Dave Ingram about a new Pheonix, he's an hour away. Far better machine and Dave will service it for you as part of the package.
Ring Woodbridge tomorrow and tell 'em to go whistle. If they can't be bothered to look after customers this is what they get.
-
Seems like fair comment. Unless you have paid for the machine and cannot get out of the deal I would advise you to listen to what the previous posters are saying.
-
You may be committed as Fintan says, but if it's within your rights to cancel that's what I would do, but obviously it's not really for us to say, you must have been impressed at the time.

Hi,
I have had two events where the police could have been introduced. Luckily my bank were on the ball. Dont know if they persued the situation?
I wont use again.

MASSIVE MISTAKE! Go with Lynn and John Kelly at Restormate for a Prowler and you will NOT be disappointed I promise you! I know nowt about Woodbridge but if it is a value for money work horse machine with phenomenal after sales service.... PROWLER AT RESTORMATE all the way baby!
-
I am struggling to see one single advantage of the machine you have chosen over the prowler.
And then factor in customer service issues. :(

Hi Nevil,
there could be one advantage,it could be the quality and service you get with woodbridge machine over all,and he may like the machine they have for sale!!
I think every budy to there own taste,i have a woodbridge and i don't get a lot of trouble with it realy,if i do i will just sort out its that simple!
In this sort of bussiness, you learn by your mistakes and that is it mate.
I wish fresh the best of luck with is new machine, good on him for having a go at it,he must be doing some thing right to get him self a truckmount already!! ;)
What more can you say realy.
Regards Gary. :)

Well Fresh,
You asked has anyone got one and whats their thoughts.
I presume when you say "anyone got one", you do mean the 15hp machine like you ordered.
From the replies I think its right to say no one has one.
Dave Power was right when he said its basically the same as the Prowler 15hp, same engine, maybe different blower and pump, but basically the same.
So I wonder what advice you got?
So no one owning up to have the 15hp Green Line.
Yet look how many Prowler owners there are who post on here and the other forums.
Have you read a bad report - either of the Prowler, or the service you get from the main dealer?
I dont think so.
I have not dealt with Woodbridge at all so cannot comment on their after sales service, but there is enough of my colleagues who have dealt with them and almost all are reporting negatively, sad to say.
I have dealt with Restormate, John and Lyn and they are pretty good.
I have no doubt the Green Line may be a good machine, but when things do go wrong, and they will, thats the time you need good service from the dealer.
Your decision where you go now.
-
i have a problem with john at restormate, can't understand a word he says but lynn is lovely!!!!!
colin ;D ;D ;)
-
If Fresh has bought it, then he`s bought it.
Hope it works out for you mate.
Good luck.

As my case is going to a solicitorI must be carefull what i say,but I will say I wish had got police involvement from the start ,I will comment on this latter,it dose involve money, what is below are other minor in comparisson issues.
I have the skyline 20hp and it works well, although fitted badly, also I carnt find the c.e. mark also the t/m exhausts are copper pipe and when we took it to get looked at i have been told that this is proberly illigal as the copper and gas produce a toxic gas ,the recovery tk rubber seal lasted 2 days and the fly wheel has no guard ,my users manual is photocopied and not even the model I have,I have no warrenties in writing, when the full story comes out you aint going to believe what we have been through.I wish on a daily basis that I had gone to see John kelly :'( :'( :-[ :-[

Ady, Find out where the owner lives and stand out side in the street in the pouring rain at 2am staring up at his bedroom window with a gaunt look apon your soaking wet face. 8)

You've been watching too much Corrie ;D
How did you guess, normally I cant stand the program. ;D
But that bedroom window situation in corrie was possibly one of the most chilling things I have ever seen. Very simple but highly affective.
