Hi guys, Im not quite sure what to charge for a 2 bed apt regular clean, open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room.  It's about 7 miles from me & I've got quite a few enquires from other residents, I think they want weekly my partner and I will be doing the clean & provide all materials.  I clean houses at present so slightly unsure what to charge for this.  Im in the M/CR area..

is it just for cleaning and no ironing? how did they find you, friend of friend? leaflet, internet etc? this helps with pricing in some ways as if they found you online they probably checked a few and found you their favourite so you can price something you'll feel comfortable with, however they could be getting many quotes in from many companies so thats worth considering.

also depeds how cluttered the place is, but i'd say roughly £35 - £43. it's importat to not undersell yourself as if you chose to expand you'll be stuck with it

If I were to go into regular domestic again I would quote a different price for 1st clean providing a full spring clean. This way its more managable to maintain, as they can expect a full house clean in 2-3 hrs - just an idea

Thanks Suffolk Clean, I have got the two jobs I went for.
But im not doing a spring clean first as neither 1 needs it they have been well looked after. I have also had lots more enquires from other residents there... its looking good :)
