Title: Limestone Cleaning - London
Post by: Colin Stokes on November 08, 2009, 03:43:40 pm
Client of mine wants twice weekly limestone cleaning (2 hours per visit) - not something we do and they are very protective over it as they have spent a lot of money refurbing it after some neglect so they want a specialist company to provide.

Parking onsite is providing but in c.charge area - they have a budget of £180 plus vat per week, is that realistic?

I've not seen it but they say 50 square metres - old contractor did 2 hours - is that right?

In my humble opinion, £180 is very cheap for 2 cleans (100 sq mtres total over 2 visits).

Thanks for the opportunity but I will sadly decline.
