Title: how to win commercial jet washing jobs

Hi
Seen some guys cleaning our town centre on wednesday night and just wondering how you get these jobs???
Do you ring the council and tender for them or what???????

Any help appreciated

You seem to be trying to do everything from Carpet Cleaning to Kitchen deep cleans ???
