Title: Help wording an Advert for December

Lads im going ahead with my ad in the december issue of the local ad paper, would like to know if some of you could give me some attention grabbing wording that would help with it, have to send my stuff in tomorrow or monday by latest so any help would be much appreciated.

The size of ad is 17cm x 12 cm (1/4) of a page in the paper to be exact, black and white(black with white text)

Obviously im going to go with my logo then the following please add to it if you can

1, 2, 4 and 8 weekly cleans available

Public Liability Insured

Windows, Frames and Doors included in the FREE Quotation

Shop Signs

I would go for the Xmas angle,
   
Have clean windows for Xmas.
Frames/ Cills cleaned free

Forgot about the 'call now to have your windows cleaned in time for Christmas' angle :) then obviously my email and website but then do i leave my name even first name on the bottom, bit more personal then.  Want to make use of the space when i can but not have it too overcrowded.
