hey up guys a bit hard to explain this one, got a freind who had his bathroom tiled by a so called good tiler, anyway there are grout marks imbedded in the tile if you know what i mean, they are not the flat shiny ones and not cheap,and it is really white and really stands out, hope youve got an idea of what i mean, is there any way i can get it off for him.

You need some Grout Haze Remover,or Residue Remover most tile shops sell it.

thankyou sherco will this stuff pull it out of the tile as they are like a stone type tile and it looks embedded , the reason i ask because apparently the tiler has had a go and couldnt shift it , just wonder if he used the stuff you mentioned.

Yes but might take a bit of elbow grease...

Just read the label too make sure its ok to use on the tiles if they are natural stone.
