Sealskinz are great, next pair id go for are the slash ones on wcw front page as mine are ripping a little on the outer
-
Hi, whats wcw? is it a website?

Don't waste your money on expensive gloves. Give black rubber gloves with a cheap cotton glove liner inside a go first.
100% waterproof, warm, very hard wearing and very cheap.

When wearing them they feel damp, but your hands dont get wet.

got my sealskinz last week while in lake district
thought i might as well have them ready :)
way the weaters going though might not need em for some time

So are they the "muts nuts"? I tried the Unger ones, and they were garbage.
-
I'm really happy with mine apart from the outer layer tearing in places. The kevlar ones will stop that.
So yes cozy, in my opinion they are the muts nuts.
They are fitting which was the most important thing for me. They are waterproof, but you can tell they are wet when they are. Your hands don't get sweaty and they dry lovely on a radiator over night
-
they are the best option available ithink
not mutts nuts
just best of a bad lot
they can wet and cold
but usually good
best way is to have 2 pairs
morning/afternoon :)

sealskinz on there way ;D

I bought 3 pairs of Karimor Waterproof ski gloves on Saturday priced at £6.99 a pair. They have thinsulate lineing with a waterproof lineing.Hard wearing palm,I got them from Sportsdirect, they should of been £17.99 a pair.
I have had sealskins before but found them too tight a fitting and on really cold days my hands struggled to keep warm,If you knick a pair its soul destroying when you consider how much they cost.
I have been useing ski gloves for a while as my hands are warmer in them then in sealskins, I like to wear extra large gloves as I am allways taking them off and on,its a lot easier then it being to tight.
I also think if you have the size above your fingers dont find the gloves to tight against your skin, the pocket of air that is around your hand in the glove will keep your hands warmer on a really cold morning.

The last couple of year i used unger glove not very good at all, holes start to appear after 2 weeks.

Used my Unger's for the first time this year.
worked a treat but can be a pain to get on when your hands are damp. Kept my hands warm though and good grip on the pole. Tucked over the top of my North Face waterproof and i was weather proof ;D
Cheap gloves which do the job but buy a bigger size than you would normaly wear
