I have got to say, I used Deepclean TFR recommended by someone on a thread whilst I was searching.......and it is the dogs danglies ;) ;D
-
Nice job!
How long did it take you ?

-

-
thanks Jouk45, sprayed deepclean TFR soaked in for about 10-15 mins, then just pure water and brush and rinse.................and voila !!

I used to do that but you`ll save time by not playing the viola.
Nice touch though ;D.
-
...lol, no viola, I was on the fiddle ;)
-
You have said the time... But how much did you charge ?
-
yes... my thought to.
HOW MUCHO
-
£120 enuff ???
-
well done, nice job, well priced! ;)
-
bet that took ya a while do clean mate its nice to get those jobs you can sting em in the wallet area ad a customer 2 wks ago desperate for a con clean i sensed desperation in her so put a redic price she said go ahead alan yes yes yes!!!!! dave saw ya scooting through wbn again
-
You certainly did a good job on that connie....plenty of free advertising there i reckon.
-
Neighbours will certainly notice that and will be asking who did it, so now you priced well they will only ask if they really are willing to pay those prices so you could do well out of this one matey....
Awesome job...
-
There will be plenty on here pinching those pics for sure!
-
Bah..most of the windows I clean here in Holland 8 weekly are worse than that...jeeeeeees you lot just don't know when you have it good ;)
Seriously that is a really nice finish...
Dave.
-
Good job, but your not going to get her again for another 10 years ;D

Thanks for the great replies and comments, much appreciated. ;) Stuck a card through next doors as I was leaving ;) . Wasn't sure on pricing, but thought what the hell, its one green mother....lol

That is a seriously transformed conservatory. Im impressed. Well done.
Excellent price too.
I bet she didnt know she had a conservatory under all that algae did she.
-
Nice Job fieldsy. :)
I love doing these type has they look really bad and most are quite easy to bring back to new again. Custy's are always over the moon when they come out and see what you have done.
Priced right as well, IMO.
My first con roof took about the same but if access is good you will get them down to about an 1 hr for roof & gutters and about 2 hrs for a full clean including all frames etc.
Why anyone would go out and charge £20 & £25 for this type of work is beyond me. ???
-
Did you dilute the tfr down ? if so what did you mix it to. Have read that the deepclean tfr can be effective to 100:1, but wondered how you did it
-
Where did you buy the deepclean TFR from and how much did it cost.
-
@windowwipers,
yh, diluted the TFR down, and used it at 40:1 Label says, 20:1 to 50:1, so took a happy medium and seems to work fine.
@wizard
get it here m8y ;)

ive just gone water fed. i gave my customers a leaflet explaining that i now do conservatory roof's, i have had loads of people asking for qoutes but i told them i had to get the chemicals first before i could qoute. How long does the standard roof take? i was thinkin around 2 hours for the whole c onsrevatory. and charging around £50. also did you do it in stages? like half of it at a time on the roof?
oh and doe it help to use a different brush head for this job than the one you usually use for the windows?

Hi,
Sprayed the whole roof with tfr including framework, let it soak in for about 10-15 mins, then it was a breeze to just rub and rinse off each panel at a time. Didn't even need hard scrubbing as the tfr had done all the work ;)
-
she will save in leccy bills by having all that daylight come through ;D
it reall does look mint

Hi guy's, have you not thought about using a dedicated Uvpc cleaner for the conservatory job, Fenwick's have been making plastic cleaners for years they must be worth asking.
-
Fenwick's stuff is good, but a bit pricey. Easy to get hold of small quantities too, at Halfords. Good if you only do a few every so often.
Once, when I didn't have any TFR, I used Flash! It worked OK and smelt lovely.
-
nice one
