I went through about six pairs of 'waterproof' boots then bought an expensive pair of Brashers and have been dry for the last year. I even had a pair of Hi-Tec state of the art guaranteed waterproof boots which had some magic coating on the leather. They lasted two weeks! The leather didn't leak - the water simply poured through the seams. ::)
