Title: High TDS

I have a non-mains water supply which comes in at 140-160 tds depending on rainfall. Incoming pressure is 50psi with a booster pump, tds out of Merlin 720 is 28-32 tds depending on temperature and post DI tds is 0. The difference between incoming and post merlin tds doesn't seem to be as good as other people have quoted on this forum. Any ideas?

about right for a merlin, fast production, high waste and high tds.
my mate has one, tds in: 98-100ppm  out: 20ppm   ::)

wouldn't have one given

Two weeks, As is pre-filter. Figures fairly consistent with previous membrane / pre-filter changes. Mate has same unit 300 tds in, 55psi pump, 11 tds out. Do have very acidic water and wonder if there's a connection?

Merlin's like 60 PSI or more to give best performance.
