Title: New hotel opening up near me soon

Evenin all.Just down the road from me there's a hotel that's looking near completion and opening up.Not a huge one,24 room I think and I don't think it will be biting off more than I can chew.I don't have any commercial work as such but it's right amongst my normal round and seems a good opportunity.Any advice on how to play it?Just go in on the day it opens and offer my services,simple as that?

I think I would try and speak to the hotel manager before it opens. They would normaly have a window cleaner lined up and a clean done prior to it opening for business.

Go down asap, ask to see manager & offer your services, leave them a card/contact details if you don't get a commitment. You may be too late though.
