Just put "windows cleaned today, £... Date:, and then Thanks and telephone number"

My son uses a simple slip, which he puts through the door with an SAE, and most people send a cheque through the post.

i use a template from business card site,design 2 suit ur needs.print off and copy 8 on to a4.just copy on printer every weekend

please dont think im being funny,but is that "self addressed envelope" without the stamp or does he put a stamp on it
would like to kno how long it takes his customers to send the cheques

i do leave slips but they are like book sof post its notes that just say "windows cleaned today "

I have been using them for years but nearly out and would like something a bit more info on, and maybe say i do gutters etc for adverts... but didnt wanna bother making one, was being lazy

looks like i need to get on publisher and do some though eh lol

Do you have MSPublisher on your computer?

EDIT: I just looked further down the thread and see that you do.

I can't post Microsoft office files here for some reason, so I've e-mailed you what I use.

Thats what i use, and bank details.

i have not been out collecting since my first month doing this job, i hated it, it was another job in itself....

they pay on the door..or use the above, once they are all trained up to this method , they get used to it and its simple......

just adding paypal to my website soon, thats another option....

i just have a small ticket with WINDOWS CLEANED TODAY on.nothing else!!print them off on the computer and cut them up with scissors.ten minute job every month or so. ;Dinvoice receipt if asked and S.A.E FOR THOSE WHO PAY BY CHEQUE.usually put a business card in envelope as well or if im doing an extra like conny roof etc receipt and business card in envelope.simple!!worked well for 15 yrs ;D ;D ;D
