I ache from carrying a heavier wallet - but that's all.

Since I went fishing pole and then SLX I have no aches and pains whatsoever - never felt better. Oh, I did get headaches from looking into the sun but that stopped last year when I got some reactolite lenses.

Get occasional back, neck, wrist aches...but I have now started to see a chiropractor every 8 weeks for a click-up session.

I have really started to look at the way I work and now try to stop scrubbing so hard and gripping the pole so tightly...(keep your minds out of the gutter ;) )

Cheers
Dave.

I had a rasied hip for about 16 months from lifting a mark1 freedom trolley in and out my van for most jobs.
It ruined my non-working life as i was always in pain and could hardly move. Funnily enough, i was ok when working or on my feet. It was sitting down or being stationary for more than 30 seconds that screwed me.
But as i could earn money easily enough i faffed about for a year before i see nhs. No joy. Had a massage and the woman noticed i had 1 leg longer than the other. Within a week of using the trolley as a van mount i was back to normal.
Apart from that nothing really. A few aches and pains which disappear as soon as i swap hands or posture.

Tennis elbow injection in May (Ouch)!  :'(

Went to www.physioroom.com and purchased a compression thingy for me elbow, its great now, plus the Superlite Gardiner pole helps.

Any chance of a key ring Alex for the above mention.  ;D

or maybe not.

im trad, and getting sciatica, but when i do any wfp its makes it worse dont no why but its horrible, shooting pains down my right leg, and lower back just above leg

caused by wearing a tool belt and being pulled down on one side, ie ladder carrying, and bucket but why wfp hurts i dont know??

Anyone else have this??

what do you do for it? i just take pain relief , not seen anyone about it yet!

Sean, I struggle from time to time with sciatica, it's a real pain in the ar$e. Last friday it flared up something terrible, could hardly walk.

What I use(and it works streight away, everytime) is an Inversion table, got mine from ebay 18mths ago the best £80 I've EVER spent :) :)  BTW glucosomine sulphat helps :)

Stretching hamstrings will relieve sciatica.
