hi all, i'm selling some bits of work in wolverhampton. READ ON!
i'd say 70% is 4 weekly and 30% 8 weekly, I also have a few 12 weekly.
the last lot of work I sold was 90% 4 weekly and it all went for 3x the value of a clean.
example: 2 identical houses, one is £20 4 weekly and the other is £25 8 weekly. are they both worth 3x?
i'm thinking this because one house will bring in an annual revenue of £260, the other £162.50.
I would be very interested to hear peoples views on this.
thanks, dave

The way i would work it out would be to get your annual figure written down on paper then simply divide it by 13 ie 13 months in a window cleaners year. Then just multiply that figure by how much you want x3 x4 x5 whatever.
I would say x3 seems cheap ,these days i have seen rounds snapped up for a lot more than x3 in the last few months

around here its 5x the monthly value so a £10 hose monthly is £50 and a £10 house fortnightly is £100

hmmm, thanks trippy & stan, I think i'll go for 4x the 4 weekly value.
I want to build up a group of local w/c who are happy to buy small amounts of work regularly so I don't want to be too greedy.
