Hi Mark
Try using  Internet Explorer as a lot of Microsoft stuff only works when using Internet Explorer also you must have Microsoft office installed on your computer  what version of office have you got
if you can't get it to download choose the invoice you want send me a link I will download it and e-mail it to you
