alex or anyone else who can help ,would these clamps fit the 5 metre harris pole ?

I would imagine not as they would need to be a very similar wall thickness and diameter to the SL-X section and I think that the Harris has thinner side-walls. What are the OD/ID of each section of the Harris Poles?

the diameter of each is 32mm    28mm     24mm      thanks for quick response

No they would not work as they are different to the SLX OD's. They could be made to fit the middle section as this roughly the same, but it would not clamp down tight enough on the section below. The largest size is too big for the next clamp up so would not fit on.
