Title: Reminder cards for oven cleaning

I am looking for guidence on what wording to use on reminder cards for oven cleaning.Anyone have any examples I could use ?

Any advice much appreciated.

Hi

Why not just book them in again for 6 months later when you do the initial clean?

Called Ovenu once and he was booked 6 weeks in advance by using that system

Already have some customers on that system.Trouble is that when the time comes a lot of them have forgot we are coming and when i ring the previous week to remind them they cancel as they have made arrangements to do other things and we are left with empty slots.
So i am looking at other ways and thought a well worded reminder card around about the 6 month mark would work better.

I just phone mine the month before they are due.

Cheaper and a lot easier

What about texting? I'm starting to get a lot of repeats now and I'm looking at offering a discount (10-20%) if they book their ovens in for 6 months time, providing it is done on the day agreed. A reminder via text might be the way ahead..... What do you think?

we send a reminder letter just to remind people every 12 months
