If yes do you get negative feedback from your customers?
If no you do add this charge onto their cleaning price?

Matt,
Thanks for the emails mate,
I dont charge extra for paypal as any charge is still cheaper than trying to catch them in collecting.

I dont , its just like saying do you charge for going out collecting.
For me the price paypal charges is still cheaper than walking the streets trying to catch your customers in.

I add an extra pound on my customers prices to cover the Stamped Addressed Envelopes and paypal payments.

charging extra can get your funds suspended 180days if using paypal, as I believe it is agaist there rules to do this, or is this an ebay rule, or are ebay/paypal same owners :-\

stuff paypal their to expensive, be just as cheap to get a card terminal in your house and take payment over the fone, but too much hassle lol.
Anyway you cant beat good old bank transfer
-
We currently avoid paypal because of the minimum charges, it's much easier sticking to BACS payments which is just as easy anyway

I find more people without chequebooks prefer to pay paypal. Cost more than cheques with SAE but still easier and cheaper than using fuel and time driving around collecting.

That's exactly how I feel. Anything to avoid collecting!

PayPal and Ebay are both jointly owned by the same company....hence the way that can get away with some of the things they do. They are also not governed by any financial rules as the banks are in UK. They are almost a law unto themselves!

We use Paypal - NoChex - Moneybookers and also Google Checkout, never had any problems with any of them.

Under £15 a 50p charge.

I just work my costs into the price :)
