I haven't voted, as only have one, and only tried that particular one, the Rojak ladder stopper. Works very well and feels rock solid and reliable, highly recommended. I also use a shallow stand off for some large windows so I have more ladder to hold on to as it then goes past the window sill.
Ohh, and also use ladder pads, good protection for the property but they feel too spongy and moveable.

Well the Rojak is the best. hs approved

I wouldnt bother with the rojak ladder stopper, the basem8 stabilisers does the job of that but better as it holds the ladder upright making the ladder very stiff and firm and physically holding it making it unable to slip, the rojak can still slip where the stabiliser will not,
the ladderma8rix is also very good and works on grass and wooden decking and will not slip, whereas the rojak is not suitable and would slip
i have both a ladder base mate stablilser and a ma8rix in my van which i use, where one is not suitable the other is and vice verser

a rubber bath mat is what i use . gets a good grip on greasy decking and recently i got some ladder spikes off ebay but havnt had a chance to try them out as yet

cheers allstar, thats good info, is there somewhere i can get both at a good price ?

Rojak ladder mat is not versatile enough, ladderm8rix is, can even use it on ice. Spike mat underneath, it's brilliant.

my mate does a good job 14 stone and the ladder doesnt move ;D ;D

i should also have said the basem8 stabiliser works on gravel where a rojak would be useless, i bought both my basem8stabiliser and ladder m8trix from www.midlandladders.com
there not cheap but worth every penny,

I use a rojak ladder stopper and it's been great for me. Used it on wet decking, grass etc.
I picked up one tip on here about the rojak. Drill a hole in each corner and when pitching wide on say wet grass or decking stick tent pegs through each corner. Keeps mat solid.
Haven't tried any other safety devices so can't comment on comparables.
