Title: gypsies vacuuming leafs and blowing them

their are loads of gypsies around our ways flyering for leaf vacuuming and leaf blowing. they seem to just blow the leafs in the road or to the next house if they are not in so they get the job next door. people seem to be getting it done to save themselves the backache. they are on those 3 wheel mini car things with a sandwich board on back saying leaf blowing/vaccumming.

has anyone seen anyone doing the same?  they do jet washing too and i have reported one for using a stand pipe without a licence but no one seems to check as the water hydrants are everyhwhere.

they only have mobile numbers on

You try using a stand pipe, the local stasi sorry council will be all over you like a cheap suit.

Can't do that to them of course that would be seen as being racist
