Title: Dumping
Post by: ftp on October 14, 2009, 04:24:36 pm: I'm now in the position of being able to dump my most disgusting properties. I'm thinking of maybe posting a polite note with the emphasis on having too much work and having to get shot of them.
Any ideas on what to write?

I think this summer I have turned away fifty to sixty jobs due to being overloaded so it's time to weed out some of the crap.

The only thing to do is maximise your hourly rate.

Say if your pricing structure is £1 per window anybody who calls for a quote do it at £1.50 per window - if you get them happy days, if not so what!

Then lose 1 from your poo list

"Due to a change in circumstances I am afraid I am no longer able to clean your windows. I would like to thank you for your custom in the past. Should my circumstances change again, I will be happy to contact you again in case you still need a window cleaner"

I wanted the door left open in case I needed to get them back on the books.
