I bought a set from BetterWare ( the mag that comes to your front door) A long scoop and with extensions for 14pounds works well clean the inside with this then I clean the outside with a cloth, water & detergent. Then polish outside of gutter with bash cleaner.

a window cleaner ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Would that work using just mains pressure or do you think that you really need a pressure washer?

It takes me about 30 minutes to clean 2 front and back with the pressure washer, unfortunately I still have to take the debris out manually, but I have a tool that means I only have to climb the ladders once, twice maximum per side.
I take my time and spend 2 hours on it, lol as I think when you are charging 100-150 to do the job the customer would certainly moan if I did it all in 45 minutes lol

thats what im in the process of building now, im going to use a harris pole, run some 8mm hosing up through it and i will have an adjustable garden sprayer at the top. with a spray of tfr first, mains pressure will be enough to shift the dirt.

I only ever had one problem and that was because I tried blasting the dirt out of the guttering, gave them a free window clean, they didn't moan, I went round and explained that I was cleaning their neighbours guttering, I now have both the original customer and his neighbour on a monthly clean lol

No it wouldn't has you need the pressure to remove the dirt and grim. mains pressure is usually under 100psi, my pressure washer is 3000psi.
