Hi- could you help/ somebody a while ago found a link to a guy in the 70's in the usa who patterned a gutter vac could somebody please e mail me that link.

yes, the Australian guy thing has been on here before, do a search for it ( though it might have been deleted, as it turned into 1 of those comical posts with threats of suing and patents )

i reckon i can guess why  ::)

while your here would it be possible to see your "gutter cleaning device" in action i live about 10 mins away from your shop so possibly 1 day next week and do you hire them out for the day as i have a job i would like to test it on.
Will e-mail direct if better..

polarvak is the name of the item , no problem there, no one can coin that one!! cant help that people call it the other name!!

Crevice tool done by every vac company cant have that one
Duck bill ours, cant have that one!!!!!!  no infringement there.

WVD Unit Numatics, they know what its used for and helped with the cyclone inlet no infringement there,
long hose , need say no more
The retro fit bit ours .

One thing flexing muscle on small companies, we are quite a large company, appointment with a top IP solicitor tomorrow.

There was a company who used a gutter cleaning vacuum system from the ground in Western Australia in the late 90's.......i was there watching them.

I really wish you all the best with this,. and despite the hassle and stress you're going through I'm confident that you'll be happy with the final outcome. It'll be a benefit to many here when this one is put to bed.
