hi all,

i know red wine stains can be a pain to get out of carpets to start with but why if ie vanish/1001 is used by a customer prior to us cleaning will it be even more difficult for us to get out.

It will set the stain into the fibres, same as hot water can do.

aww right, its just if i was to say "using these things lyk vanish etc will make it more difficult for me remove" and they say "how?" i was really looking for how you's would reply to this.
