Hi does anyone leve a book in the offices that they clean so they can write any problems in it for the cleaners to see? If so what would you call the book?

Yer sure, we call it blue book as it is blue and we use a red book for health & saferty issues
It works, also not just for your staff to staff but clients to you and your staff! ;D
You could just call it Communications Book but ideal would not be a warning colour like red this would be for emergencies / health & safety etc. But up to you.
