i have recently signed up for a council contract and they are asking for a quality policy.

Does anyone have one i could look at

whats a quality policy, im jsut starting ! how did you get your contract, did you aproach them cold sell?

Kev I have tried to attach one but it must be protected or the wrong type of file. If you e-mail me I will send you a copy of ours which you will have to play around with.

could i also get a copy.never eveen heard of one before now but glad i have as im interested in getting work off the council.what else do the need besides liability,risk assessment etc, and how did you get the work,who did u have to contact from the council
