can any one help need to put resin in di  vessal what is best way

use a funnel.

scoop it from the bag into the funnel - after a while it gets filled   ;)

I use a desert spoon with the container over the bag.

cut a corner off the bag, and shake it about with the corner inside the vessel.
if your careful you wont spill any.
