Post by: C.C.S. on October 05, 2009, 04:21:21 pm
hi i,m looking for a new set of window cleaning ladders and was wondering which is the best to buy.
timber, aluminium or aluminium tread timber window cleaning ladders?and what size?i was thinking that 3.5m/12ft it's more than enough ,but i think that 3m/10ft are better  for every day use.don't get me wrong i,m also wfp but not on all my houses yet.thank you

abru 2.8 metre triple , cheap as chips , but very light  which is what its about .  but if you arent doing much ladder work ,maybe being heavy doesnt bother u so much eh?

whats wrong with the ones you already have ?

These are the ones I use - I've got the 3.5m and have had them for more than 4 years - superb!

I used these when I started and they bent on me and injured myself, mind you I was using them at a 45 degree angle,I have a set of Ramseys now,a bit heavier than the Youngmans but at least I know there safe, been using them five years now and changed the rubber block once, great ladders ;)

I use the 3.5m double pointers too.
I also bought them from midland ladders, delivery is very quick.
