Title: Unger trad pole parts?

I would have to measure it but I have a Unger trad pole about 20ft and there is a gray plastic screw bit that has worn down and I am finding it hard to tighten. I think its a bit of a waste as the rest of the pole is perfect bar this little bit that has worn. Does anyone supply packs of these, or if I got a hold of unger would they send me one?
